Return & Replacement Policy

At Hollian Custom Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and replacements under the following terms:

1. Returns

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Contact us at hcdesigns26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

    3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  • Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Replacements

  • Eligibility:

    • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect can be replaced at no extra cost.

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with a photo of the issue.

  • Replacement Process:

    1. Email [your email] with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.

    2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

    3. A replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by misuse.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
